Appointment Etiquette
To ensure your appointments run smoothly I ask for the following rules to be followed,
*When booking an appointment I will ask you a few short questions. This is to ensure you have no medical conditions which may effect your treatment and put you at any risk. Some questions are also to establish the sort of setting you want.
*Please give 24 hours notice if appointments need to be cancelled. I understand time to time things suddenly pop up which we cannot change however if 2 cancellations/no shows occur I will not re book you unless FULL payment is made upfront.
*I will arrive up to 15 minutes before your appointment to set up. Once I have started the treatment at the agreed time any interuptions such as babies, door knocks, phonecalls etc will be taken out of your treatment time.
*Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise. Non refundable.
